I care about the first impression a website creates, but I care just as much about what happens after the first click: forms that work, portals that protect the right data, dashboards that stay readable, and code that can be maintained after launch.
My work is strongest where product thinking and implementation meet. I help clarify the audience, shape the flow, build the interface, and make technical decisions that fit the real constraints of the project.
